These rights must be exercised by the user personally. However, they may also be exercised by an authorized representative of the data subject. In such cases, documentation proving such representation must be provided.
Purposes of Data Processing
The purpose of collecting and incorporating data, with your express consent, is as follows:

Commercial and administrative management of clients.
Collection and publication of reviews regarding products and services.

Data Retention
Anonymized data will be retained without a deletion deadline. Regarding customer data, the retention period for personal data will vary depending on the service contracted. In any case, it will be the minimum necessary and may be retained for up to 10 years.
Users subscribed to mailing lists or incorporated directly by the company into social media pages or profiles will have their data retained until they withdraw consent or terminate the contracted services.
Data of candidates who submit their curriculum vitae will be stored for a maximum of two years for inclusion in future recruitment processes, unless the candidate states otherwise.
Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
We will not transfer or disclose your data to third parties except where legally required or when the provision of a service requires a contractual relationship with a data processor, always in accordance with the general conditions previously accepted by the user.
By contracting our services, the user accepts that some services may be wholly or partially subcontracted to other individuals or companies acting as Data Processors, with whom the appropriate confidentiality agreements have been formalized or who have adhered to their respective privacy policies as stated on their websites.
Likewise, the user accepts that certain personal data collected may be provided to such Data Processors when necessary for the proper performance of the contracted service.
